The Macrowave™ Model 747 dryer is designed to eliminate tenting when collating continuous forms with cold glue. The 747-L and 747-D models have proven to be essential in modern collating to achieve significant speed increases and improved forms quality.
Macrowave™ drying is suitable for most water-based glues and is compatible with most all coatings, glues and inserts used in mailers - namely, spot carbon, carbonless coating, hot melt pocket glues, and interleaved carbon inserts.

747-L Line Glue Dryer for continuous forms
This model is designed for high speed line-glue applications where there isn't a requirement for across-the-web glue drying. Its unique applicator design times higher than without a dryer, and 50% higher than with an across-the-web dryer.
747-D Cross Web Dryer for peel-apart and cut-insert mailers
The Model 747-D is for both across-the-web glue patterns and line-glue drying. The applicator will dry glue anywhere on the web as fast as the mailer can web peaking.
